We stand behind every Aveleris product with a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your order date for a full refund — no questions asked.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging and components.
To initiate a return, please reach out via our Contact Us page form or email us directly at store@aveleris.com. Include your Order Number, or the Name and Email Address used for the purchase, to help us process your return quickly.
Subscription Policy
Select Aveleris products are available as subscriptions with a delivery frequency chosen at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency selected.
- You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date — with no penalty and no contracts.
- To cancel or make changes, log in to your account at aveleris.com or email store@aveleris.com with your order details.
- Cancellations received before your next scheduled billing date will take effect immediately and you will not be charged for the upcoming cycle.
- If a cancellation request is received after a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, that order cannot be cancelled but remains eligible for our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.
- Subscription pricing is subject to change. You will be notified by email at least 7 days before any price change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new rate applies.
- You will receive an email reminder before each subscription renewal so you are never surprised by a charge.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will likely have entered processing and can no longer be modified.
If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken. Cosmetic issues such as dented boxes or scuffed packaging do not qualify as damaged if the product inside is unharmed.
To report a damaged item:
- Email store@aveleris.com within 72 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos showing the damage
- We will review and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost
Please note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly, but delays can occur due to third-party couriers, customs inspections, or other unforeseen factors. Aveleris is not liable for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once an order has left our facility.
If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
